Chiron Vet CPD is a new style of CPD provider developed by Barney Dean, an EBVS® European Specialist and RCVS-Recognised Specialist in Small Animal Surgery based in the South of England. Barney’s love of teaching and training has led to him delivering lectures, webinars and practical training through many of the UK’s biggest CPD providers and hopes to make high-quality practical training more accessible through Chiron.

Chiron’s service will initially involve a phone or video conference with Barney to discuss what you as a clinician, team or hospital want to explore. Do you want to start offering an orthopaedics service? Do you want to take your emergency surgery skills to the next level? Do you want to give your new grads some confidence-building abdominal surgery training? As a bespoke service, Chiron will tailor-make a surgical workshop to suit the needs of you and your team. And bring it to your door.

With Chiron Barney aims to combine his love of surgery and teaching, with the recent booming demand for bespoke, to-your-door, convenience services.
